Inspired by Winter Drawings (2025), co‑published by Archivorum xM with Csimota, this new leporello marks the beginning of a dedicated line for early childhood.
On January 30th, the Centre d’Édition Contemporaine of Geneva invites Archivorum and Kunsthalle Friart for an evening presentation dedicated to three new publications.
Winter is conceived as an artistic object that bridges visual development for babies with the sensibility of contemporary art.
At birth, babies perceive the world in blurred contrasts; black‑and‑white patterns are known to stimulate the strongest neural responses, supporting early visual and cognitive growth. Liversidge’s winter trees form a rhythmic sequence of alternating pages that capture the quiet essence of the winter season.
On the reverse side, the leporello unfolds into a 120‑cm tree illustration, ready to accompany the child beyond the crib and eventually find its place on the wall.
