Since 2019, SILLON has been forging a unique path in the heart of the Drôme region, combining contemporary art, cultural dialogue, and regional development. In six years and three editions, the biennial has earned recognition from the artistic world and the public, becoming a benchmark cultural event in France and Europe, both for the quality of its artistic programming and for its deeply transversal approach.
By restoring its place to artistic research, to the sensitive experience of art, to contemplation and reflection, SILLON reminds us that art is a right and a need, a tool for deciphering our times, an invitation to fully inhabit the territories.
For this 4th edition, SILLON is geographically refocusing on Dieulefit, a land of potters, ceramists, and artisanal expertise, a refuge for modern thought that embodies the intimate link between heritage, creation, and civic engagement that the biennial embodies. Its exceptional natural setting and its history marked by solidarity and resistance make it an ideal setting to host this new edition. We would like to thank the municipality for its tremendous support.
Dates for the 4th edition are as follows: 11-12 / 18-19 / 25-26 of October, 2025
