Shahzia, a 2006 MacArthur Fellow, has earned global acclaim for her work, which has been exhibited internationally and can be found in the collections of renowned institutions, such as the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, DC, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, and the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, among many others.
