Peter Liversidge: Surface Mail (or The Limitations of Magic)

For a long time the artist Peter Liversidge sends out objects from different places in the world. These are delivered to the postoffice, unpacked, with postage stamps attached and the address written on the objects. One of the recipients is Peter Foolen. Over time he received some 120 objects by post, varying from a ruler to a floor mop. The exhibition was first shown at the Van Abbemuseum in Eindhoven from 3 November 2015 to 22 January 2016 under the title Peter Liversidge - Surface Mail.
