Each day, Casa Dragones invites a featured artist to take on the role of guest mixologist, crafting a cocktail inspired by their own artistic vision and the tasting notes of Casa Dragones Tequila.
Gravity Flip

“Gravity Flip draws on a fundamental gesture in my practice: arranging, balancing, and finding the precise point at which different elements can coexist. In my work, equilibrium is a negotiation. This cocktail follows that same logic. A few components: sweetness, acidity, aroma, and mineral notes come together in a soft tension, a quiet negotiation between contrasting forces.
There is a small ‘flip’ in the experience: what begins bright becomes soft, what feels light carries a subtle weight, and the structure of the drink reveals itself gradually. Served over a large single large ice cube (an ephemeral stone) the cocktail evokes that moment when gravity, matter, and delicacy align, not through force, but through a precise and temporary balance.”
